Besides tutoring my younger siblings every week, I had formal tutoring experience in 11th grade when I was studying the IB. I was selected to be “student tutor” in the student council where my responsibility was to explain concepts and solve doubts after school for 4 times a week. I helped students with Math, Biology and Chemistry. I learnt that different students need to learn differently and have different ways of understanding concepts. In my first year of university, I was class representative for Linear Algebra. My role was to conduct study sessions and prepare students for quizzes and exams. I also received tutoring training.
