The title of my degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities. Throughout my degree I spent time volunteering in elementary level classrooms primarily teaching and assisting students one on one with literacy and mathematics. In these classrooms, I had the opportunity to work with students in all subject areas, including sciences and social studies. I have designed educational programming for elementary schools while volunteering as a museum educators assistant, and created extensive projects for my community. Throughout my degree I took multiple university level science courses, and statistics which ensures I could teach sciences to elementary or middle school students, and mathematics successfully to elementary school students. I’ve worked on four national level research studies for my previous company, and studied history and english literature for years. I can teach academic writing and research skills at an expert level from elementary to post secondary. I am a successful educational assistant and early childhood educator.
