Hi, My name is Bertina, and I am a student currently studying at the university of Guelph in Ontario. I am the former executive of a science club where I taught chemistry to my fellow club members. In terms of academics, I have received awards and recognition from my school. In terms of prior experience, I have worked with kids to teach science to elementary students and I have experience teaching science in high school to fellow students in my club. As well, I have work experience outside of my academic studies. I was a former a server/cook at my workplace where I also acquired skills of teamwork, punctuality and communication. In terms of university experience, I have participated in student learning groups where you collaborate with classmates to work on school concepts and explain in your own words how to successfully complete assigned questions. Aside from just teaching, school is not just about completing questions as students must develop other skills such as time management, organization and consistency to reach academic goals.
